Google Apps Resource Calendars

Subscribing to Resource Calendars

-Login to your Google Account to access your calendar at http://cal.westportps.org

-On the left side click the plus (+) circle, where it states, "Add a coworker's calendar". 
-In the drop down menu choose Browse Resources.


-Select your building from the list to view the available calendars, and place a check mark in the box next to the calendar you wish to add. District or non building calendars may be found under Other.
You may receive a permissions error if you do not have access to the calendar you are trying to add.


-Click the left arrow next to settings in the top left to return to your calendar view.

If you need a new resource calendar set up, please submit a tech request indicating the name and permissions required.
