All Health Services offices are equipped with HP multi-function devices.
The procedure for scanning documents to email on the HP devices (LaserJet CM2320NF and LaserJet M475dn) is as follows.
- Place the document on the flatbed scanner or document feed tray.
- Select the Start E-mail button on the far right of the device.
Select OK to use E-mail Contacts Select the school nurse group for your current location, and press OK. The document(s) will be scanned and sent to all of the recipients for the group selected.
**You can manually add your own email address by selecting the option to "enter a New E-mail Address" on step 3. Once added, this will be saved to the device contacts.
