Scan to Email (Health Services)

All Health Services offices are equipped with HP multi-function devices. 

The procedure for scanning documents to email on the HP devices (LaserJet CM2320NF and LaserJet M475dn) is as follows.

  1. Place the document on the flatbed scanner or document feed tray.
  2. Select the Start E-mail button on the far right of the device.
  3. Select OK to use E-mail Contacts
  4. Select the school nurse group for your current location, and press OK.
  5. The document(s) will be scanned and sent to all of the recipients for the group selected.
**You can manually add your own email address by selecting the option to "enter a New E-mail Address" on step 3. Once added, this will be saved to the device contacts.
